Award „Libar za vajk“
At the press conference at the Lunas Bar in the hotel Park Plaza Histria, director of the Book Fair(y) in Istria Magdalena Vodopija announced this year's award "Libar za vajk". The aim of this award is to remind of the importance of the booksellers and encourage publishers to create non-commercial books.The general sponsor of the award is the Arena Hospitality Group, and the prize consists of a sculpture designed by the designer Mauricio Ferlin and a cash prize in the amount of 15,000 KN, while the reward for the author consists of the same sculpture, a prize of five thousand kuna and a stay in the first Pula residence for the authors of "Azil Giardini 2" for 15 days.
Director of Sales and Marketing Manuela Kraljević announced at the press conference a check point for citizens through which the printed and promotional materials of Arenaturist (from the beginning of the company to the present day) will be collected, which would be collected during a two years perido, when it is planned to hold a joint celebration of 45 years of tourism in Arena Hospitality Group and 25 years of Book Fair(y) in Istria.
The press conference was also attended by the CEO of Arena Hospitality Group Reli Slonim who expressed satisfaction with the long-standing partnership with the cultural manifestation Book Fair(y) and confirmed that Arena Hospitality Group will continue to support this event in the future.
