Arena Hospitality Group - first in Croatia with the service „handy“
Arena Hospitality Group - Park Plaza Histria Pula, Park Plaza Arena Pula , Park Plaza Belvedere Medulin and Park Plaza Verudela Pula are the first hotels & resorts in Croatia to offer the service „handy“. Handy is a smartphone which will be at guests disposal during their whole stay and it improves guests experience. The biggest advantages of handy are free unlimited local and international calls and free Internet access. Except that, guests can watch videos, listen to music, take photos, use social networks, get exclusive hotel promotions, have the reception at speed dial – and all this for free.
Each hotel room will have one handy device that will be at guest’s disposal from check in until check out. Guests are able to personalise the device completely; they can choose their preferred language and instal additional application. The device comes with an installed city guide and offers recommendation for good restaurants and shops. Also, articles about interesting news about guest’s destination will be published continuously.
The privacy of guest’s personal information is an important concern to which we pay special attention, so after each check-out, the device returns to its original settings and is available for new guests.
