Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions – as may be amended from time to time – apply to all our services directly or indirectly made available online, by email or by telephone. In case of special offers, exceptional prices and rental conditions, Arenaturist will make available only a certain number of accommodation units. Such promoition stops when this contingent is sold out. By accessing, browsing and using our website and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).

1. Scope of our Service
   Through this website we provide an online platform through which we advertise our hotels, resorts, campings  (including all types of accommodation), and through which visitors to the website can make such reservations. By making a reservation through our web site, you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the property at which you book.
   Our services are made available for personal and non-commercial use only. Therefore, you are not allowed to re-sell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor (e.g. spider, scrape), display, download or reproduce any content or information, software, products or services available on our website for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.
2. Prices Guarantee
   The prices on our site are highly competitive. All prices on our website are displayed including VAT and all other taxes, unless stated differently on our website or the confirmation email.
   Sometimes cheaper rates are available at our website for a specific accomodation, however, these rates may carry special restrictions and conditions, for example in respect of cancellation and refund. Please check the accommodation unit and rate details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.
   The currency converter is for information purposes only and should not be relied upon as accurate and real time; actual rates may vary.
3. Free of provision
   Our service is free of provision, we will not charge you for our booking service or add any additional (reservation) fees to the accommodation rate. We will not charge your credit card, as you will pay directly for your stay.
4. Credit card
   We require credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. As such, we will forward your credit card information directly to the property at which your booking is made. In order to safeguard and encrypt your credit card information when in transit to us, we use the secure technology for our services.
   For certain rates or special offers, please note that your credit card may be pre-authorized or charged (sometimes without any option for refund) upon reservation and confirmation of the booking. Please check the accomodation details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.
5. Cancellation
   By making a reservation, you accept and agree to the our cancellation and no-show policy, and to any additional (delivery) terms and conditions that may apply to your reservation or during your stay. The general cancellation and no-show policy of all properties is made available on our website,  during the reservation procedure and in the confirmation email. Please note that certain rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation or change. Please check the accommodation unit  details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.
6. Further correspondence
   Other than the email confirmation providing for the confirmation of the booking , we shall  send you further notices, emails and correspondence, informing you about selected details on our services and products if you specifically agree to it.
7. Disclaimer
   Subject to the limitations set out in these terms and conditions, we shall only be liable for direct damages actually suffered, paid or incurred by you due to an attributable shortcoming of our obligations in respect of our services, up to an aggregate amount of the aggregate cost of your reservation as set out in the confirmation email (whether for one event or series of connected events).
8. Miscellaneous
   Unless stated otherwise, the software required for our services or available at or used by our website and the intellectual property rights (including the copyrights) of the contents and information of and material on our website are owned by ARENATURIST.
   These terms and conditions of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Croatian law and any dispute arising out of these general terms and conditions and our services shall exclusively be submitted to the competent court in Pula, Croatia.

TERMS and CONDITIONS for hotels

• VAT is included in price.
• Tourist tax is not included in price. Tourist tax price per day per person: from 01.11. to 28.02. €0,70 from 01.03. to 31.05. and from 1.10. to 31.10. €0,80 from 01.06. to 30.09. €1,00 Children till 11,99 years 99% of reduction, from 12 to 17,99 years 50% of reduction.
• Reduction of 25 % for a 3^rd adult person in a double room with extra bed. 
• Supplement for sea side €3,50 per person and day in all hotels, except Guest house RIVIERA and hotel PARK. 
• Supplement for single use of a double room 50%. 
• Reduction for bed & breakfast from halfboard €3,00 per person and day.
• Minimum stay 3 nights in period from July 30^th till August 20^th 2011.
• Baby cot available on request without extra charge.
• Children reductions:
  • Children till 2,99 years of age sharing a room with two adults - 99 % reduction.
  • One adult and one child up to 11,99 years of age in a double room – the child has 30% reduction.
  • Children from 3 to 11,99 years of age have 30% reduction on basic bad and 50% reduction on extra bed.
• Special children reduction in hotel BELVEDERE:
  • Children till 5,99 years of age sharing a room with two adults - 99 % reduction.
  • One adult and one child up to 14,99 years of age in a double room – the child has 30% reduction.
  • Children from 6 to 14,99 years of age have 30% reduction on basic bad and 50% reduction on extra bed.
• Daily rest from 12 am to 6 pm reduction of 50% on the bed and breakfast price.
• Pets are not allowed in the hotels.
• Half board includes overnight, breakfast and dinner. In hotels BRIONI and MEDULIN half board price includes drinks during dinner.
• In the period from May 28^th till September 17^th hotels HOLIDAY and PARK provide Light all inclusive service, which includes: full board with drinks during meals (soft drinks, beer and wine), afternoon coffee / tea and cake, sport facilities (on request - tennis, mini golf, table tennis) and animation program. In the period till May 28^th and from September 17^th half board price includes drinks during dinner.
• Restaurant service, buffet-self service or classical service depending of the management decision.
• Hotel PALMA offers dinner in the PUNTA VERUDELA restaurant from 15^th of June till 15^th of September 2011. and in hotel HISTRIA restaurant in all the other periods. 
• Booking with deposit - The booking is to be considered definitively confirmed only after the reception of a confirmation which will be sent  after having received the deposit. Arenaturist reserves itself the right to refuse accounts that arrive more than 15 days after the availability of the rooms for the period requested has been communicated. The deposit will not be given back under no circumstances.
• Payment of deposit - 20 % of the total renting amount has to be paid as deposit to the Arenaturist. The settlement of the rest of payment till the total amount, must be paid at the arrival together with the delivery of the keys. No other payment on the reception shall be accepted other than cash or credit card.
• Booking with credit card guarantee – Booking made through the online Internet booking, requests its users to fulfill the information database, where the confirmation form is granted on the base of credit card details given by the guests through the secure system. The credit card details are used only as a guarantee of the arrival, and no transaction is made through them except:
  • guest gave a specific permission to make a transaction
  • guests no show or late cancellation
• Arrival / Departure - The arrival must occur on the fixed date between 3 PM and 10 PM. In case of delay the guest must advise in time the Arenaturist. Otherwise the room shall be kept free until 10 a.m. next day, after which it may be rented. On the arrival, personal documents of each guest must be shown for registration. Check – out  until 10 AM on the departure date.
• Liabilities of the Arenaturist - No responsibility may be given to Arenaturist in case of breakage, accidents, losses, thefts and inconveniences in general that should occur in the room. However it shall give its help to resolve the problems. Requests of compensation for damage must be agreed directly with the hotel. For legal disputes only the Court of Pula is competent.
• Particular rules - Arenaturist reserves itself the right, in case of unexpected events, to change a room with another one having about the same standards. Eventual extra charges will be paid by Arenaturist. The request of an particular room ( number, floor, etc. ) will be considered without however being guaranteed. The description of the furnishing of the rooms in our catalogue may be different in exceptional cases. We inform our clients that the Arenaturist’s staff is authorized to enter into the room also in your absence for eventual repairing and maintenance. In the case of special offers, exceptional prices and conditions for accommodation units rental, Arenaturist will make available only a certain number of units, and when such contingent ends, the promotion to which such special rates or conditions were related ends also.

• One small pet is allowed with the supplement of €12,00 per day except in the Resort BRIONI and PARK.
• Half board supplementin the resorts PUNTA VERUDELA, VERUDELA BEACH & VILLA, SPLENDID and HORIZONT: adults €19,00, children up to 5,99 years of age - 99% discount, children 6 to 11,99 years - 50% discount. Supplement for dinner only €12,00, children up to 5,99 years - 99% discount, children 6 to 11,99 years - 50% discount.
• Half board supplement in apartments BRIONI and PARK €21,00, children up to 5,99 years - 99% discount, children 6 to 11,99 years - 50% discount. 
• Light all inclusive supplement in apartments PARK €35,00.
• Baby cot available on request without extra charge.
• Supplement for air condition €6,00 per day in resorts: VERUDELA BEACH & VILLA, SPLENDID RESORT, HORIZONT (types D, E1, F1, G1, H1 only) and AI PINI RESORT.
• Booking with deposit - The booking is to be considered definitively confirmed only after the reception of a confirmation which will be sent  after having received the deposit. Arenaturist reserves itself the right to refuse accounts that arrive more than 15 days after the availability of the rooms for the period requested has been communicated. The deposit will not be given back under no circumstances.

• Renting conditions - It is forbidden to give hospitality to more persons then allowed by the number of beds indicated on our offer. Children are considered as adults. Pets can be brought only if allowed by Arenaturist. The use of stoves or electric heaters is forbidden. All guests are obliged to respect the house regulations with particular attention to the rules concerning the quiet especially during the afternoon and night time.
• Equipment of apartments - All the apartments are completely furnished and equipped with set of kitchen ware (pots, dishes, glasses, kitchenware) running cold and warm water, fridge and 220 volt plugs. A blanket and pillow, bed linen and bath towels are available for each bed. All apartments except  Punta Verudela are equipped by safe deposit boxes.
• Caution - The guest should take the maximum care of the apartment and of its equipment (kitchenware, refrigerator, mattresses, etc.) Complaints regarding the state of the apartment and its equipment shall be accepted only within 24 hours after the arrival. Broken or damaged items must be paid at the reception before the departure.
